Valid Merged Column in Edit Queries not visible in desktop or published online

I have a complex dataset with lots of Mergeed columns and transforms. Basically, denormalizing for simple reporting. This was working fine yesterday.

One of the merged columns appears fine when in Edit Query mode. However, when I Close and Load, there is no sign of this column. I would hate to recreate all the steps of this table and would need this fixed for an urgent demo/reporting requirement.

Also, this PBI Desktop seems very buggy and I had to delete and recreate items to resolve this, like items stuck in content packs, only way out is to delete and recreate content pack.

For now, please help resolve the Column issue.

Did you try to right click on your table in Fields, and click on View Hidden? Wondering if you may have hidden the column by mistake
