Users unable to access shared content pack via the Get Data link...

Good Morning.

I'm expereicning an issue.  I'm trying to share content packs with individuals in my organization and they are not showing up.  This particular pack is not terribly big, but the folks I'm trying to share it with cannot see anything in the Get Data -> My Organization area.  Can someone please advise, I've got mamagement level folks looking for these reports or a reason they are not available.

There is a UI change on Power BI service. To get organizational content pack, we need to click on below link.

Thank you for you help with this.  Was there any blog post or end user communication about this change?  It's possible I just missed it, but I never saw anything through any of the channels I monitor.
