Users not seeing content on Premium site

Good afternoon,

We have a premium site with a basic app at the moment.  I want to expand and take advantage of the content but we are having an issue with some users outside of our organisation getting into the site but not getting access to the content.  Have heard that it may be that they do not have a microsoft account in that name so cannot see the content.  Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Hi @georgemaher,

But if the app content resides in Power BI Premium capacity, end users can access the content without requiring a Power BI Pro license. The recipients must have Power BI account. In order to sign up for Power BI, you need a work email address. A personal email address won't work with the Power BI service. Or If users are part of an existing organization, that uses Office 365, they  can still sign up for a free account. Here is an article, hope it's useful.

Best Regards,
Angelia
