Hi,
How can one manage the users list for gateway?
My account does not show up on the list and I would like to know how this can be changed/managed.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @Anonymous ,
There are two roles in the gateway: Admin and User. Admin have full control of the gateway, including adding other admins, creating data sources, managing data source users, and deleting the gateway. Users can use the gateway to connect to the data source.
For admin, there are two ways to add a user.
1. Under settings, select Manage gateways.
Select the data source, in Users pane, enter the email address, and click Add.
2.In Power Platform admin center.

Datasource user list is the list of associates who will be allowed to use that datasource to use for refreshing the dataset and dataflow.
Gateway Administrator can add/manage users of all the datasources under that gateway.
