Users cant export data

I am the createor of a PBI reprot and its been published to an app, I gave the users permission to export the data.

However only I am able to get the exprot options. Can some one point me in a direction to resolve this issue.

I was having the same issue.

In the Settings and Options part of my PBIX file, (Report Settings) I had the following selected: Hide the Visual Header in Reading View.

I deselected this and it works!

1. Please check if Power BI admins have disabled the export of data.

2. Please check if this report could be exported to excel.

I checked that setting and its active with "summerized data and underlying data"

also noticed that the users done see the "anayze with excel" icon enabled. 

but for me no issues, I am a workspace admin and creator of the reports/app.

Obviously, Global Admins have disabled the export of data for these users.

Please contact Global Admins to enable it for them.
