Users assigned to workspace don't see them once logged in to Power BI

Created Workspace.  Assigned members as Members of the Workspace.  When the users login to the Power BI Service, the workspaces assigned are not visible under the side waterfall menu, under the option Workspaces > Apps Workspaces.

Please first check the Power BI license of the users added in the WorkSpace,
