User input saved within Power BI Table

There is no native functionality for this. By design, Power BI is not meant to collect data or edit data sources. It is used only for reporting / ETL as part of the data platform.
Power Apps is a seperate product which allows people to build apps withoiut much code. This could work, or have a hosted excel online sheet

Thanks SteveCampbell , would explain why I cannot find any guides to achieve this. I'll have to look into the whole PowerApps thing, but assume that the cost will be prohibitive.

Power BI is more designed for business insights, autoML / self service BI. A simpler and more cost effective solution could be something like sharepoint or excel online.
