User Metrics Report Query

Good afternoon

I would be grateful if anyone could assist with a question regarding user metrics reports.  I set up a UM report in a workspace to check which reports are used most or least.  One report was showing next to no usage so I contacted the users and asked if it was ok to remove it as part of a housekeeping exercise.  The users said no as it was looked at every day.  Does anyone know why a report would show as basically not being used and yet the users view it daily?

Do Metrics Reports of others also have this problem, or only this Metircs Report have? delete the old metics report and create a new one and check if it is working OK.
