Usage metrics report is not loading in powerbi service

Hey folks!!!

We are trying to fetch usage metrics through our global admin account from powerbi service, but its dead lock on UI.  We have tried several ways to get the metrics but nothing had worked(tried BI apps & updated metrics dataset creds & deleted the dataset). We raised a global ticket as well but no resolution from team 😞

*P1 capacity

*6 Datamodels(around 1 gb in space)

*100+ reports

Any ideas would be highly appreciated!!!

Hello

If you are using pbi premium Gen 2 you need to install the new app to consult your usage metrics the app has the yello pbi logo. The old app will show you no data.

Do you mean usage metrics or premium capacity utilization metrics?
