Usage metrics not showing correct report open count and page view

Usage metrics not showing correct report open count and page view. many times i experience the same. what logs power bi taking for these count. i am looking for last one week count but still some user not in report view list. any one pls assist what is the cause or power bi has to improve on this?

Hi @Anonymous ,

1.Usage metrics reports are updated once a day.

2.Ensure that the users whose data you are trying to view have the correct permissions to access the report.

3.Privacy settings can also affect whether user data is shown in usage metrics. Users with privacy settings that prevent data collection will not be included in the metrics.
