Usage Metrics not working

Hello, 

 

We have multiple reports within a workspace, however we are unable to view usage metrics. We can across other reports so we find it strange that it has stopped working!

 

Can anyone advise?

    Hi rjg2g11,

     

    Did you talk about your own workspce or App workspace? Users can only see usage metrics for content they own or have permissions to edit. Admins can turn off this feature for their organization under Admin Portal. Please contact your Admin to see if this is the case.

      Hello, thanks for getting back to me

       

      This is an App Workspace. I have asked our Admin to take a look at the Admin Portal.
