Usage Metric Report

The Report Usage Metrics report shows up blank when loading the report from Report > View usage metric report option in app.powerbi.com. The report has been in use for quite sometime, but no numbers are showing up. Is there any settings need to be configured for the usage metric report to work properly?

Hay @VarinNahdarp for usage metrics you need to ensure few things 

1. Make sure your semantic model is refreshing at least once a day. 

2. Should have some daily visitors (I believe you already have some)

3. Required Permission (Admin Portal)

Not sure if our cases are the same, but when this happened to us, it was because the person that originally created the metrics report let their credentials expire on the usage metric model.  We used the following to update the credentials used.

Usage reports are not maintained if there is no usage.
