Upon first opening, Filters pane font size is huge

When I first open a report, the font size of the Filters pane is huge.  Once I navigate away from it, to another tab or report, and then come back, the regular font size returns.  Has this happened to anyone?

I have test on my side, it works well.

If this occurs in other reports? and if you try another browser?
