Hi all!
I developed a dataset and some reports, put them all in a Power BI app, and shared it with some external accounts. This has been working for some months til last Wednesday when one of the users got the message "This content is only available to users with a Power BI Pro license...." ???
The external accounts were using 1 direct license (acquired in powerbi.com) and other free Power BI Pro licenses (2 months period), but last week the client bought 5 licenses to another provider and I think that this may caused the problem.
I've checked the assignation and each user has its valid Power BI Pro license (but 4 of them are in the 2 months period, except the one with the problem).
May you help me?

Hi sebastiangestia,
This is from Microsoft in regards to this issue:
Power BI Pro customers trying to access externally shared content from a different Tenant may encounter a message asking to “Upgrade to Power BI Pro”. Engineers have identified the root cause and ETA for a fix is end-of-day 06/07/2020.

Hi @sebastiangestia ,
When sharing reports with external users directly by Azure B2B with tenant URL, even they have already owned a pro license, they will be reminded to upgrade to power bi pro and will have a free pro trail for 2 months if they visit reports firstly under this tenant URL.
If external accounts both have pro license, you can add them into the workspace and assign roles for them so that they can visit reports under this workspace by their accounts instead of using tenant URL.

Thank you! I found it in the support page!
Thank you for the information. So, I should wait until next Monday in order to try again with that user...
May you tell me where did you find this announcement?
