Updating datasource connection of Paginated Report using API

Hi all

I'm trying to automate the deployment of Paginated Reports to Premium capacity workspaces.

A helpful blogpost by Alon Baram pointed me in the right directions.

However, changing the datasource after publishing the report seems not possible using the API.

Update datasource connection (API coming soon). An alternative is currently available by changing the datasource property in the RDL file (the RDL file format is public, and fully documented here)

Has anyone succesfully solved this?

@Anonymous - To the best of my knowledge, you need to update the RDL file before publishing for right now. That's the only way around it as far as I know right now.

Thank you for your response. I solved it by replacing the <ConnectString> node with the correct value. It works.
