Updated report uploaded in the workspace but the refresh got disabled

Hi,

As usual, I updated a report and then uploaded it (with the same name) in the workspace. It asked me if I wanted to overwrite what was already there, I confirmed. Than the report was sent out via email automation as a pdf but the report didn't have the date refreshed. I checked and the report dta set didn't have the refresh setup, but that was not supposed to be changed.

Do you know what could have caused the refresh setting to be shut off/cancelled?

 nothing changed as I am the only one accessing and creating the power bi. The gateway also was never touched on my side. It solved on its own, I think someone from IT maybe did something and fixed it

Hey @Anonymous ,

My first thought is that the ownership changed?  I understand that you overwrote the report, but, did the userid that owned the report change?  Or the data connection in some way change?  Or, the gateway changed (maybe the path to the data source has more than one option in the gateway and so the report did not auto-pick) and it needed to be "re-selected"?  Any of those situations could have caused it.
