I have premium account but big data set not procecced.
I tried to update report from online app.
The operation was throttled by Power BI Premium because there were too many datasets being processed concurrently. Please try again later.
Data set contains less 1 GB...

But after failind updating i tried to update manually and system updating w/o any issue...
Hi @EvgenyZhutov,
It sounds like too many request are processing at same time so premium resource is running out and it can't handle new refresh operation.
In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you check datasets refresh settings to confirm they not refresh at same time.
BTW, you can also consider to upgrade premium license to increase capacity and resources amount to let it handle more request at same time.
