Unreliable data loading and refreshing from QBO and GoogleSheet

Hi, I have a report that pull data from QuickBooks Online and Google Sheet. I set everything up in PowerBI desktop, it shows everything fine. However, here's lots of problem:

_ Recently the credentials for data source QBO seems not to be saved. When ever I refresh this data from PowerBI desktop or server, it require to provide credentials again and again. Therefore, the schedule refresh is not working!

_ The data pull from Google Sheet when I refresh in Power Querry is good. However, if I reopen my PowerBI Desktop and refresh it in the dashboard page, it always says there are error columns. But if I open my Power Query and refresh data there, everything is fine. This impacts my service report when I uploaded there and refresh, some data was missing and it doesn't pull data correctly.

This is very annoying and unreliable. Can someone provide support please.
