Unable to see the data that was shared to external user's

Hi,

i have published the power bi dashboard to premium workspace from there I have created an app to share with external users from other organisation. As they are holding free power bi license , we added that group as viewer access in the workspace and shared the dashboard through app. the issue is that some of the users are able to access and see the data on the dashboard (based on RLS) but some of the users able to acess the dashboard not able to see the data. most of the people MAC users. I tried browser settings, all other stuff. But unable to find the solution.
