Hi!
After a scheduled refresh, my data becomes blank. It seems I am able to force the refresh manually, however after the scheduled refresh I get the error message:
"Report" has failed to refresh.
Failure details: Unable to read data from the transport connection: The connection was closed.
The data is extracted to Power BI Desktop through a Rest API through the Web.
How can I resolve the issue so I can schedule refreshes?
Hi @Anonymous,
Does on-demand refresh always work?
You can use the follow method to do troubleshooting.
1. Refresh data on the desktop and check if it works.
2. Republish to service and set scheduled refresh again.
3. Refresh multiple times using scheduled refresh and manual refresh, respectively.
4. Use fildder to capture traffic when running the query in Power BI.

5. Check if firewall blocks the port to connect to the source.
