I'm unable to Purchase Power BI Pro.
When i try to register a billing adress it keeps showing me "Check your address. There appears to be an error in it.". But I'm sure the adress is correct..
Any thoughts?
Thank you!
I had this problem as well, I was able to fix it by changing one of the parameters in the URL.
I was entering in an Australian address, but the URL showed ...&culture=en-gb... instead of ...&culture=en-au...
Changing this and refreshing the page fixed the issue for me. There might be a bug of some sort in the links that lead to the purchasing page that set the wrong culture!
Hi @Anonymous,
Maybe your address and city aren't matching each other or something like that. watch for special characters being used.
You can always take helpt from support. Link

@Anonymous Odd, maybe try it as just Sao Paulo? For City.
Tryed this already... Same thing.
Thanks anyway!
@Anonymous - Yeah, figured. Only thing I can think of is that the address doesn't match the address for the card you are using. Maybe try a different card?
But i didn't even get to the part where i add the credit card...
First they ask for the billing adress, but i couldn't go beyond that
@Anonymous - Huh, that really is odd!! Only thing I can think of is to maybe get on an online chat with Microsoft help desk and see if you can figure it out. It's really, really hard to troubleshoot with all of the address information blanked out, but I completely understand the need for privacy. Then again, it could just be a temporary address validation glitch going on and resolve itself in due course. I also can't really test it out as my business address already has a Power BI Pro license so it's not really possible for me to run through the onboarding process. 😞
Yeah, i'm waiting them to hit me back!
Thanks for all the help anyway.
