Unable to export a report to PDF from Teams

Hello,

I can no longer export a Power BI-report to PDF using Teams. Only about one month back on top of the report in Teams there used to be this toolbar which you could use to export the report in Teams (which you can still find in app.powerbi.com if you open the report there):

So, has there been some update to Teams that has removed this, or is there a way to get the toolbar back?

Looks like have an older version which could be causing this. I guess I need to figure out how Teams is updated in our organisation then. Thanks!

Hi, @Fosse 

Can you please confirm the version of your Teams? Click Settings in the upper right corner next to your avatar.

I tested sharing the power bi reports to Teams, which is currently the latest version and also has the option to export to PDF. If your interface is different from mine, please share screenshots.

Hi, @Fosse , @v-zhangti . I am also having this trouble. I made a post on here recently but didn't get the relevant help Exporting Power BI Reports that are embedded in MS... - Microsoft Power BI Community.

Our Teams version is the most up-to-date version (updated yesterday, 28th Feb 2022). So this is not the problem. Do you have any other solutions/answers to this? 

We embed reports in both Teams and Sharepoint and our Sharepoint users are able to export, but the option is not there within Teams.

Unfortunately updating Teams did not fix this. The situation is the same as in the picture I posted before. The Toolbar is missing from Teams embedded Power BI-report.

Please make sure this is happening to your colleagues? And what is their version of Teams like.

To use the Power BI tab in Microsoft Teams, ensure these elements:

• Microsoft Teams has the Power BI tab.
• To add a report in Microsoft Teams with the Power BI tab, you have at least a Viewer role in the workspace that hosts the report. For information about the different roles, see Roles in the new workspaces.
• To see the report in the Power BI tab in Microsoft Teams, users must have permission to view the report.
• Users must be Microsoft Teams users with access to channels and chats.
