PowerBI service was working fine for me until just now. I tried to create a new workflow and after I click "create" then choose workflow -> define new entity, it keeps loading forever. This message shows up when I tried hovering over the sad face icon: "us.prod.powerquery.microsoft.com took too long to respond."
Do you know what is causing this problem?

I'm suddenly having this issue as well...I get that exact same error when trying to create or open an existing dataflow.
I see this thread has the issue marked as 'solved' but no information on how it was fixed. Does anyone know how to get past this error? Is it something I need to engage Microsoft for help on?
EDIT: I found another article that details the solution. When you open power bi, use the URL https://app.powerbi.com (not www.powerbi.com). This took care of it for me.
