Unable to connect datasource which is in private subnet

I can't connect, test connect or schedule refresh data from my Amazon Redshift that located in my private subnet

Try to set the privacy level to public.

Hi @freshket ,

 

Do you have MFA turned on?  Are you using the same credentials and permissions setting in  Desktop and Service?  EIther way, since Redshift is cloud, you don't need to use a gateway.  Is there a reason why you are trying to use a gateway?

Because the redshift is in private subnet. It cannot connect from anywhere.
