Unable to configue existing data sources or add new from a cloud source

In the powerBI service, I can't use the existing data sources, or add a new cloud source.

When checking the status of the existing data sources, I get the following error:

Foutcode: DMTS_DatasourceHasNoCredentialError
Gegevensbronfout: Gegevensbron heeft geen referenties
Cluster-URI: https://api.powerbi.com
Activiteit-id: 4fc9489a-15cb-47ed-af03-e066358d8d73
Tijd: Thu Apr 06 2023 11:50:32 GMT+0200 (Midden-Europese zomertijd)

When trying to verify my credentials, the verification methods dropdown menu is blank, making it impossible to repair it.

Then, if I want to add a new data source, the "Cloud" option is grey. Can't select it at all.

I'm not limited through the tenant settings, and have most administrative rights. Even my admin account, which should have full access, can't add new cloud data sources.

Are you connecting to the Excel file like this?

Solved: Use Excel file from Microsoft Teams as data Source

//After changing my password I get these error message:

1.On the desktop you can: Transform data -> data source setting -> Clear Permission -> Edit permission -> Re-enter credentials.

2. In Service: Workspace -> dataset -> more options(...) -> settings ->data source credentials -> edit credentials.
