Unable to change properties of Dataflows

Not able to change names and other properties in all dataflows.

If I try via REST API I get the next error

    "message": "You do not have permissions to manage this dataflow."

}

Which is strange as I am an owner of the dataflow.

Fixed as for now. Looks like MS was doing some maintenance this night. That would be great to know about such thing.
