Hi , AlexDXCC 

You can format a field with URLs as hyperlinks in Power BI Desktop, but not in the Power BI service. 

For more information, you can refer to :

And URLS must start with certain prefixes.

  • https
  • mailto
  • ftp
  • news
  • telnet
