Trying to Publish report on Web for public but getting a warning

I want to publish my power bi report using Power BI PPU but getting this error:
Waning: This embed code is disabled because your organization uses private links which are not supported by Publish to web.

@Anand24 I have connected the excel file and made a sample dashboard. Tried to publish it, but still getting same error, I feel that there is some setting in the Power BI premium per user which needs to be changed, I'm completely new on using Premium per user. It would be great if you can help me with this.

@Arun_g_23 ,
I guess the answer is pretty much in the warning itself. Here's the documentation of the same.

Alternative would be to create a version of same data in excel and then connect to those excels and then publish to web.
