I know that the power bi usage metrics reports can be filtered to display report performance and opening time for reports in the same workspace. Is it possible to track report performance across all reports (multiple workspaces)?

Hi , @mbeery
Based on my research and understanding, currently the power bi usage metrics reports can only track the reports within one single workspace one by one, this is by design. If you have a opinion to get your report performance and opening time for reports for all the workspaces within your Premium capacity, please consider installing and using the "Premium usage metrics App" with the whole reports/datasets usage and performance tracking for your Premium capacity.
Here's the guidance of installation:
Install the Premium metrics app - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Here's the guidance of using and monitoring:
Monitor Power BI Premium capacities with the Premium metrics app. - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
By anther , you can also try to use the "Admin monitoring" feature can meet your need:
Admin Monitoring for Tenant Admins | Microsoft Power BI Blog | Microsoft Power BI
What is the admin monitoring workspace? - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!
