Total team and date wise working employee

Hi Experts,

I need help from you as I want supervisor wise team count and date wise working employee count.

I have 2 tables , one for team and other for working. Sample data can be downlaod from below link -

Hi @Anonymous, 

You can link the team table and working table based on employee id, then you can create a matrix visual with 'Supervisor Name' as row, 'Activity_Insert_At' as column(hierarchy mode year month day fields), aggregated 'Activity_Id' with count mode on value filed. Then your records will be summarized automatically.

1 -Is there way to put Total in starting rather than showing in the end. ?

2- Can I show May 1, May 2, .......... in place of 1,2,3..... as a date ?

HI @Anonymous,

I check the matrix settings but not found any options that allow you to change the location of the total level.
Maybe you can submit an idea for this requirement to add support to 'pin' fields to change the location of the total level.

Please share some sample data with the expected result to help us clarify your requirement, it is hard to coding formula from your description.

BTW, your sample seems contained a few date fields in column. Maybe you cna try to do unpivot columns to convert them to attribute and value list, it will help to calculate across multiple date ranges.
