Hi
I'm utilising the tornado chart - downloaded from the appsource at the following location:
It works fine when used in the desktop, and have used it multiple times - but as soon as a publish this report the entire tornado chart simply shows a white screen.
I've created a very simple dashboard - utilising one data set, just to test and ensure it wasn;t a corrupt report of mine - but get the same thing.
Anyone had this issue, and knows if there is a resolution for it? I can't think of anything more appropriate to use to visualise the comparison of 2 data sets - so hoping there's a fix, rather than having to revert to using a bar chart.
Thanks
Neil
I do have the same problem too. It's working fine on the desktop version, however once it got published onto the workspace, it become blank.
Maggie have u tried published to the workspace?
Cheers,
Leonard

Hi Maggie,
I can't share with you as the information is the confidential. I think the internet browser issue. Apparently, it is working for Google Chrome and not the IE. However, previously it is working for both Google Chrome and IE. Do u know what updates causes this not showing up on the IE?
Cheers,
Leonard
Hi Maggie
We're currently on the October release, and IE11.
I'm looking to get this upgraded to Augusts release, which may or may not solve the issue.
Thanks
Neil
Hi @NEJO
I test with Version: 2.64.5285.741 64-bit (November 2018) and import the custom visual from "Marketplace", it doesn't has this issue.
Could you check which Power BI Desktop version and web browser you use?
My test pbix is as below, could you download and test on your site to see if the issue remain?
Best Regards
Maggie
Thanks Maggie
We're currently on the October release, and IE11.
We're working on a virtual environment through Citrix, so will need to get this updated to the latest release to see if it works, and to test your test file.
I'll come back in a few days once updated.
Regards
Neil
