I get the message: "There was a problem refreshing your dataflow"

"couldn’t be refreshed because there was a problem with one or more entities, or because dataflow capabilities were unavailable"

I download the error and I get:

Why I get this? where is this credential the error refers to? There wasn't any credential change!
