As the title says - I've enountered an error of "There is no enough memory to complete this operation" while trying to refresh dataset in Service. On desktop it works properly. Dataset weights 128 MB, I have premium capacity workspace. What I can do to make it refresh? Model does not seems to be very big I guess?

On Power BI Desktop run the Query diagnostics.  See which step is causing the biggest memory pressure. Refactor that step.
