I have created a Power BI report. I got the data from OData.
I published the report to the Power BI service and refreshed it, but an error appeared.
After multiple failed attempts, the last message was:
"The refresh operation failed because it took too long to complete. Consider reducing the size of your dataset or breaking it up into smaller datasets."
How can I solve this issue, even when I used incremental refresh, I still get the same error?
How can solve this issue even when i used incremental refersh it still same error
Thanks for the reply from lbendlin.

Troubleshoot incremental refresh and real-time data - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Note that unless your data source supports query folding the above mentioned bootstrapping method will not help much as your indiviual partition refresh will still exceed 5 hours.
Instead of incremental refresh consider using dataflows (WARNING: These have no time limit) or static extracts for your "cold" and "warm" data and the OData query for the "hot" data. (If the data changes frequently in the cold partitions then incremental refresh is not for you anyway).
