   When I open a report in worksapce,give me hints 'That bookmark isn't available',but when I colse then window,

everything is working fine.What is th

Where did this issue appear? On report view or published workspace app? If it is from app, you can take a look at following link about bookmark issue on apps:

Can you please share a pbix file with some simple sample data for test?

Hi @v-kelly-msft ,  It is on report view.This problem doesn't always come up,Sometimes it comes up.Theoretically any pbix could be present.We have the same problems,you can have a look at the follow link,but I am on report view: Solved: Re: That bookmark isn't available - Microsoft Power BI Community

Don't use that URL, access the report via its default URL.
