Text Filter

On app.powerbi.com everytime I open a report this Text Filter resets itself after the first time using it. I did not recently change anything on this report below and it started a few days ago. Does anyone know why or what could be going on here? It happens on multiple reports I have built.

I am experiencing the same issue with the Text Filter visualization. It only effects the published version on the web service. It works fine on the desktop version.
