Text Box repeats on all pages of multi-page report in Report Builder and Service

I have a text box in RB that repeats on each page of a paginated multi-page report in Report Builder and Power BI Service, however, when I export to PDF or print preview, the report does not repeat the text box and also has blank pages.  Any help would be appreciated.

did you put the text box into the header?

I've tested it, actually the text box will appear on each page of exported PDF.

Hi, your post is not a solution to their problem.

A person does not need to populate headers of a tablix. They need to populate a ReportTitle. So do I.
