Power BI app templates, the Microsoft guidance is a good introduction but a couple more questions please re functionality…

I have created a powerbi template app and would like to sell it with my customers. Found that App Source can be used for monetising the app, but need to know whether there is any other ways for monetization.

Requirement:

1. Is there any other ways to monetising the template app other than app source?
2. Can we monetize using Azure AD?
