(Not sure if this should be posted in Power BI or Azure Forums but I thought I would start here).
I am a new user to both PowerBI and Azure. I have an Azure Dashboard with some health statistics of my Azure Application drawn from Application Insights.
I woudl like to surface this in a PowerBI Dashboard/Report. The reason is that 1) some users don't have access to Azure but woudl like to see the heatlh of the application and 2) we are using other cloud services that I eventually want to surface in a Health Report.
I checked in Power BI under Azure and there didn't seem to be a connector for either Dashboards or Application Insights.
Is there a workaround? Could MS add this somtime?

Hi there
If you go into Application Insights and go to the query editor, you can create your query and run it to see that it returns the information that you are looking for.
Once that is done there is an option to export it to a Power Query M as shown below.
This will then allow you to refresh the data and present it in Power BI
