Subscriptions not working

I have a subscription to a power bi panel that was working fine. About a month ago the automatic email sending started to fail (sometimes it sent it, sometimes it didn't) and now it doesn't send it anymore.
I have not changed anything in the content of the panels, it simply stopped sending the subscription email.

Have you experienced something like this?

Hi @santiagosucive ,

For your issue, please troubleshoot as follows:

1. Go to the target dashboard and check that the subscription is still active and properly configured.
2. Make sure the email addresses in the subscription list are correct.
3. You could also click Send now to check if you could receive the email normally.
   
4. In addition, please note that the subscription emails are not being filtered into spam or junk folders
5. Also check any email rules or filters that might block or redirect these emails.
