Subscriptions E-Mail Stop

Hi Every ne.

 

We have several customers, in all them we use subscriptions, some of them, their tenant is used, in others we provide the service trough our tenant myuser@mysubtenant.mytenant.com  , that means that we only used a powerbipro license, because we don’t need more.

 

So, we create a user accuount that a fowared is programmed to send the subscription to the real e-mai for that user.

 

We worked fine, still four weeks ago, sundenly the subscripcions for the customer where we provide the tenant has stopeded, the subscrptions has been monitored every day, and we don’t find any subcription send from no-replay-powerbi@microsoft.com to our server, you most know that the accounts myuser@mysubtenant.mytenant.com are set as forwarders accounts.

 

So, we neeed help to understand why we are not reciveing the notifications, in the customer where we are providing the service in their tenant, it works fine.

 

Perhaps something happened with the exchange service in office 365 or somenthing

 

We have a ticket with microsfot but we dont find the solution yet.

Hi, yes we have Pro License.

 

We could fixed, we bought a Exchanged License, the DNS was sincronized, we create at rules into Exchange and now is working as always, perhaps some connection or config was lost in the time.

Hi there

Could you make sure that the account with the subscription still has a Power BI pro license for it?
