Hello,
My team developed a daily dashboard to measure performance for over +1000 stores around the country. Due to the limited space and the amount of data, users need to select their region and store number from the drop down menu for all the information to populate.
Stores are now requesting for the ability to subscribe to their specific report. When we tried the subscription option, they are getting a preview to a random store (not the one they are interested) and a link to the report. They want to be able to select their region and store, and every day get an attachment showing the performance/dashboard for that specific day. Is this possible within PBI?

Yes , this is feasible for each user to get their area report only by using RLS in your reports. You may subscribe upto 200 users. Please refer to below link for details.

Also the email would only contain a screenshot if you are using a Pro license. For subscribing users with a PDF attachment, the workspace that hosts the report needs to be at least Premium Per User ($20) or Premium ($5000)
Once you have premium, the subscription would show report Attachment option as well :
