Subscription - Empty visuals

I have subscriptions to en user.

However, some visuals come blank since yesterday. Any ideas? -  Below the twobis represent DialGauges, the smaller "DIFF" is a "card with states"

Is this a bug and can be fixed?

Where's the empty visual showing? in the subscription mail or the report view? would you mind kindly sharing your dummy pbix that I can test it on my side?

The issue is in the subscription-mail itself and its attachment-png. Also I found the the error if I try the Power point export; In the Web-Report and App everything looks fine

Regarding a dummy report I have to hand this over to a colleague. He may come back to you.
