Starburst Connector: Visuals are not displayed in Power BI Service when using time or timestamp data

Hi Team,

We use the Starburst Enterprise connector and the DirectQuery mode to create a dataset. Everything works as expected in Power BI Desktop but all visuals based on columns of the Starburst time/timestamp data format are not displayed in Power BI Service. The data types are automatically converted when loading the data in Power BI Desktop (Starburst time -> PBI Time; Starburst timestamp -> Power BI DateTime).

If I only use columns with other data formats (except Starburst time or Starburst timestamp) in the visuals, there is no problem.

The driver version of the Starburst gateway is v2.1.2.1004, on both Power BI Desktop and Service.

If we use the "Import" option instead of "DirectQuery" everything works.

This is the error message we receive in Power BI Service:

We'd be glad for any advice!

This issue was solved by updating the PBI Gateway in PBI Service to the December 2023 version.
