one of the end users having below issue trying to open few reports on Power bi online service. For Others its working completely fine.

They have the Permission of the workspace and the report and also can check few other reports on the same workspace.

Please provide a more detailed description. Is this on Shared or Premium Capacity?  If Premium, which SKU? What's the memory pressure and eviction count?

Hello, This is on the Power BI Pro license and not on the premium capacity. End user is able to check other reports in the same workspace without any issues however unable to access couple of reports and those couple of reports are working fine for the other end users. 

The error massage is as below:

Also note thats if creating any RLS roles in a report, make sure that the end user is properly added as a member at this end.
