Something went wrong - New gateway fails to refresh reports randomly

Hi,

Ive been having failed attempts to refresh schuduled reports. 

Before the data import for DATASOURCENAME, its data source timed out. Double-check whether that data source can process import queries, and if it can, try again.

This never happened until the recent update of the Gateway in March. 

Is anyone else getting this error & is there a fix?

It is hard to troubleshooting without any error messages, I'd like some detail information to help us clarify your scenario.(e.g. error message, action id, refresh history, gateway log, datasource type, connection mode...)
