Slicers displaying "All" when selections are made

When selecting a dropdown slicer option, my selection will be displayed in leu of to word "All", but when using a different slicer and making a selection, the first slicer will revert to displaying the word "All".

The selection I made in the first slicer is still choosen when I checked the dropdown so the data is filtered as intended, but the user is mislead into believing that the data is not filtered. 

This seems to only be happening in the live service. The desktop version is fine. 

Update: This sems to only be occurring to reports that have a live connection to azure. Hoping this helps

I am seeing the same issue. This is causing UI confusion & problems for end users in my organization.
