Showing visuals from different workspaces on a dashboard

Each department has their own workspace on the PowerBI server. There are various reports they use. The directors would like one dashboard that shows 1 or 2 visuals from the department workspaces. I know how tro pin a visual to a dashboard but it appears it only allows you to pin to a dashboard on the same workspace...is there a way to overrde it?

Does that mean each time I update a report, the orig and copy has to be published again? Or just publish the original and the copy will automatically be updated?

Hi  @Joe_Grosskopf ,

You just need to  publish the original and the copy will automatically be updated.
