Showing Error in Power BI Service using Direct Query

I am using PostgreSQL(residing in an AWS environment) as a data source in Power BI using a direct query. I have built the report in the desktop and published to power bi service. But in Power bi service I get the error as shown in below screenshot.

Hi @vishanshul ,

AFAIK, live mode datasets will refreshes when you interact with visuals, please ensure you have finished refresh and datasource settings before you view the report.

Gateway is configured for the dataset. Gateway is up and running also. But I am neither able to create a new report from the same dataset nor able to view the published report.
