Sharing outside organisation: no email received by external user and link doesn't work

Hello,

I have shared a report with an external user who has PowerBI Pro license. Despite a success notification the email is not received by the external user. Also when I shared the specific URL to the dashboard through email, the external user could still not view the report.

I have a Pro license, but I'm currently still in de trial period.

Does anybody know how to solve this? Or is this a limitation of the trial Pro license?

As you are sharing this with external user, please consider adding him to AAD. Check this- https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b
